Maša Mimica works as a Senior Financial Project Manager at BioSense Institute. Her main role is strategic financial planning, project financial monitoring and reporting, as well as liaising and facilitating audits of EU projects.  She has extensive experience in financial reporting at the project level, portfolio of 64 projects (H2020 and HE) and more than 30 M€ with a proven track-record in planning, reporting and analysis of business needs and other financial aspects of the Institute. As part of the Center for Innovation and Business Development, she collaborates with other cross-finance teams in driving strategic decisions and ongoing operations.
