Dr. Maria Staiano is a Scientist with a tenured position at the Institute of Food Science, CNR, in Avellino, Italy. With an extensive career in biochemistry and biotechnology, Dr. Staiano’s research focuses on the structural and functional properties of proteins and enzymes, with a particular emphasis on their advanced biotechnological applications.
