Lecture: Modeling and Multiphysics Simulations of the Electrical Response of Electrochemical Sensors
On May 20th, BIOS hosted a webinar by Dr. Stefano Bonaldo (University of Padova) on electrochemical sensor modeling using COMSOL Multiphysics®.
He demonstrated how coupling electrochemical reactions with a virtual potentiostat allows realistic CV and EIS simulations—validated by experimental data.
The approach supports sensor optimization and deeper understanding of electrochemical mechanisms, directly contributing to Know4Nano goals.
